Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:
“Write to the Captain” form
By entering their first name, last name, email address, and phone number in the form published in the footer of the website, the User can request information about the excursions and services offered.
Personal Data collected: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone.
“Enter your details” form, “Customer details” form
By filling out the form with their own data, the User consents to the use of the provided data to book a boat excursion and allow the Data Controller to provide the requested service.
Personal Data collected: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email.
"Payment" form
By filling out the form with their credit card information, the User consents to the sharing of the provided Data with Stripe Inc. and allows its use for the purpose of paying the deposit for booking an excursion via credit card.
Personal Data collected: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Unique Payment Identifier, Payment Provider Identifier, as specified in the Privacy Policy di Stripe Inc..
"Billing address" form
By filling out the form with their Data, the User consents to the use of the provided Data to book an excursion and allow the Data Controller to provide the requested service.

User Rights
Users can exercise certain rights regarding the Data processed by the Data Controller.
In particular, the User has the right to:
